AGM 2022
You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Hartley College Past Pupils’ Association, New South Wales(HCPPA-NSW).
Date : 9th October,2022
Time : 3 to 6pm
Venue : Reg Byrne Community Centre, Corner of Fyall Avenue & Darcy Road, Wentworthville
Your attention is hereby brought to the Notice by the Returning Officer, calling for nominations for the election of the HCPPA-NSW Management committee.
In this regard, this AGM notice has included the prescribed Nomination Form and Official Notice by the Returning Officer.
The official notice by the Returning Officer has provided required information, including the closing date(5pm on the 18th September 2022) for receiving nominations.
This notice and all other documents, including the Notice by the Returning Officer, Prescribed Nomination Form, Draft Minutes of the AGM-2019, draft minutes of the SGMs held in 2022, the audited Financial Statements for Years 2020 and 2021 will be uploaded onto HCPPA-NSW Web site.
The Financial statement relating to financial year 2022 will be shared within a week as it is being audited at the moment
The members of the HCPPA-NSW will be given a period of 4 weeks(until 5pm 2nd October 2022) to provide the questions in advance for discussion after the report of the President so that the HCPPA-NSW management committee can respond to those questions meaningfully. Your questions/clarifications need to be addressed to Joint Secretary via email
The HCPPA-NSW management committee kindly request your presence to show your continuous support and hear your thoughts on the HCPPA-NSW Activities.
We are looking forward to seeing you all at the AGM to discuss the ways of helping our Alma mater, including Hartley Community, both in Australia and Sri Lanka.
