Annual AGM and Election of Office Bearers for 2017/18
Annual General Meeting of Hartley College Past Pupils Association (NSW Branch) was held on Sunday, 05 November 2017 at Yarl Centre, Pendle Hill, NSW.
In the meeting, after the welcome address by the President S Kathirkamanathan, Vice Patron, N Karunakaran also addressed the gathering.
This was followed by the presentation of the AGM minutes from 2016. The matters arising from the minutes were discussed and the minutes were adopted.
The president then presented his annual report detailing the various activities of the association during the past year. Next, the audited financial report for the year 2016/17 was presented and adopted.
After some robust discussion on the activities and plans of the association, election of the committee for 2017/18 was conducted and the following link shows the details of the elected office bearers:
